Where are you located?
We are based out of Fayetteville, North Carolina, but are primarily online. You can find us around town at local events, farmers markets, and popups. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook to find out where we will be next!
How are your brownies best stored?
Sweet Goose brownies can be kept in the refrigerator for up to a week. They can also be frozen in an airtight container. They are delicious cold, but can be microwaved for 10-15 seconds if you prefer them warmed.
Do you do custom orders?
Of course! We want you to have the most enjoyable brownie experience possible! Contact us and we will do everything we can to cater to whatever you desire.
Do you have options for people with food allergies?
Yes! We want everyone to enjoy our brownies! We can make every product you see on our website gluten free. In addition, we will do everything we can to alter our recipes for customers with specific food allergies and sensitivities. Contact us and we will see what we can do.
When do you ship?
We ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Our brownies are extremely heat sensitive and we would hate for them to be stuck on a truck or in a warehouse over the weekend.
How quickly can I expect my order to ship?
We bake everything to order to ensure maximum freshness. Please allow 2-3 days after placing your order to receive your shipment notification. Special requests may be made for faster shipping by contacting us.
How do you ensure my brownies stay cool in warm weather?
During warmer months (May-September) we add $6.99 into our shipping costs for a cooler and ice pack kit. We also have a 2-day minimum shipping time during these months.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
What is your return policy?
Our customers are our priority and we want you to be as satisfied as possible with your Sweet Goose experience. While we are not responsible for specific shipping issues (weather, incorrect address, recipient not being home, etc.), we will do everything we can to assist you. We do not accept returns.
